Terms & Conditions
· The challenge is open to people 14-25 years old living
in Greece
· There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to
enter this challenge.
· The only requirement for entering this challenge is to join U-Report Greece and respond to the ongoing poll. By entering this
challenge, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these
terms and conditions.
· Closing date for entry will be 27 June 2022. After this date no further entries to the challenge will be permitted.
· No
responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The rules of the challenge and how to enter are as follows:

A user needs to become U-Reporter and respond to
the second poll called ‘Healing’ to participate in the challenge.
·
The participation in the challenge is unnamed
and takes place through unique ids registered on the U-Report Greece platform. Therefore,
any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants cannot be used
or disclosed to a third party.
·
Winners will be chosen at random by software,
from all entries received and verified by U-Report Greece and/or its agents.
·
The winner will be notified by instant message
through the channel s/he chose to participate in the challenge within 3 days of
the closing date. The winner will only ever be contacted by U-Report Greece.
·
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not
claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to
withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
·
The prize is as stated and no cash or other
alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are
subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with
another of equivalent value without giving notice.
·
U-Report Greece will notify the winner when and
where the prize can be collected or delivered.
·
The challenge and these terms and conditions
will be governed by Greek law.
